Without a doubt, Zendaya is a total trendsetter – on and off the red carpet. She's not afraid to take style risks and wear things that might be over-the-top or way bolder than the things other people are wearing, and that's exactly the reason we always take notes on her gorgeous looks.
But in a new interview, the K.C. Undercover says that she's only about impressing herself with her styles, and doesn't care if others don't love the fashion choices she feels good about.
"I think that fashion -- contrary to some people that believe in trends, I believe in honestly, wear whatever you want, whatever makes you feel comfortable," Zendaya told Paper Mag. "I believe in confidence and just dressing for yourself. So me, I never have ever really worried about what people thought based on what I dress like. If you leave the house and you feel good, that's all that matters."
In fact, Z believes that the confidence you wear your looks with is what makes your clothing pop. "I think that's what fashion is about: expressing yourself, whether you wear the hottest, most expensive designer or you wear something from Target or something you made, as long as it's fly and you like it," she explained. We totally agree!
