TWIST: How is filming going on Ant Farm? Stefanie: Everything's going so great. We're having a blast. I'm actually on a break right now from rehearsal so today we're rehearsing and we have our network run through. We're having a really great time we have a lot of great episodes coming up.
TWIST: Does the cast hang out when you're not filming? Stefanie: Yeah! We love to go to movies. We're always hanging out. We're always at the studio together. Other then that we're at an event or seeing China [McClain] perform somewhere, we have a lot of things we do together.
TWIST: Do you know what's up next for your character? Stefanie: Well she gets lots of cool stunts and we have lots of cool things that happen to her. She's so fun. Lots of cool wardrobe coming up. Lots of funny stuff! I can't give away too many story lines but we have a lot of fun stuff coming up.
TWIST: What would you love to see happen to your character? Stefanie: I'd love to see her have a whole episode where maybe she is or maybe she used to be part of the ANT Farm and that's why she's always picking on the kids, just something fun and something not expected. Something where she gets to dress different and act different then she really is.
TWIST: Tell me a little about your music Stefanie: Well I have my song, "Girl I Used To Know," my single and music video so that should be coming out, I don't know exactly when but we should be setting a date for that. "FYI" is another single I have that will be coming out. Other then that I'm just writing a lot of music right now and I'm loving it! I'm loving getting involved with music. I've been involved since I was really little like writing songs since I was ten.
TWIST: Where do you get the inspiration? Stefanie: I just kind of think, when I first came to California there was so much to adjust to. There's so many people that might not be very nice and you get a lot of great news as well. I think after all the emotions I've been through and all the things that happened, I guess I just started writing them down and I started creating songs about them. Now that I read through books when I was 11 years old writing, it's just so cool to see everything I've already written. I'm just so much more proud of something when I write it myself to sing
TWIST: How would you describe your sound? Stefanie: My sound is pop rock. Its definitely not electric pop. I'm not into the synthesizer and stuff. I definitely love a live band and drums and electric guitar. It's very unique, I don't think there's much of it out there at the moment. I think it's different and that's what I like about it.
TWIST: Who inspires your sound? Or who do you look up to? Stefanie: I love the bands Plain White T's and The Click Five. Those are my favorite bands. For artists I'd say Avril Lavigne, Demi Lovato and Christina Perri are my favorite solo artists.
