Need a new jam to be obsessed with? May we recommend Truitt's new track, "Throne? The brother-sister duo of Brett and Brigetta Truitt just released the song, and TWIST is happy to not only premiere your first look at their cool music video, but share tons of behind-the-scenes info about it!
"'Throne' is about turning away from toxic relationships and standing on your own," the band tells TWIST about the song. "In the past, we've felt the need to always be in a relationship, even if the person wasn't right. This song is the turning point and finding happiness in being alone. We hope others feel the same sense of self-confidence we get when hearing the song!"
"The music video was a blast to shoot!" the duo explains. "Our director, Rob Cros, came up with the idea to use our sunglasses to reflect off of different colored lights half way through filming. We ended up loving it so much, we used it as the main portion of the video. To us, the sunglasses symbolize blocking out what other people think you should be and instead focusing on yourself."
