We recently caught up with Paris and she confessed, "I have a big sweet tooth but I try to eat healthy like sliced apples with peanut butter or Nutella." This seems like the best of both worlds when it comes loving the sweet stuff but knowing what is good for your body too! She also said she tries to eat grilled chicken instead of breaded chicken - really just trying to be smart about her eating habits.
One item Paris can't live without might be a bit unexpected. "I also love juice," she says. "I’ve been juicing a lot and it has been helping with my skin, my nails, my hair, it’s great. And as soon as I started it was just a great pick me up." That's an awesome tip! We love that this yummy trick helps with beauty and skincare as well as giving you that boost of energy you may need in the middle of the day!
