Today, Matthew Espinosa's new movie, Be Somebody, is finally out! The story follows fictional pop singer Jordan Jaye's journey of self-discovery – and the star believes you'll be really inspired by the turn of events. When TWIST caught up with Matthew, we asked him exactly what he hopes fans will take away from the film after the credits roll.
"I want people to take away that if they really focus on who they are and what they want to do in their life, they really can do that regardless of what anyone else has to say," Matthew tells us exclusively. "As cliché as it sounds, literally what the title is: be somebody. It's not about how many Twitter followers you have or how many subscribers on YouTube, it's about doing what you want to do and that you're somebody."
"I can be known by no one but if I'm doing what I love, I'm being somebody and doing my part as a human being by doing what I love," he explains. "So I think that's the message I really want my fans to take away from the movie."
