Maddie Ziegler always needs to keep her energy up – anyone who has ever seen her dance knows that she can practically fly – but we all know that it can be difficult to pick out healthy snack options when you're busy and traveling a lot. When we caught up with the Dance Moms star, we asked her to dish her favorite quick and healthy treat, and we found out that the recipe is super easy to re-create!
"I definitely love having an apple or raspberries or strawberries or blueberries on the go," Maddie exclusively tells TWIST. "What I've been doing lately is [adding] a little bit of Cool Whip [to it] and topping it with raspberries and blueberries which is really delicious and healthy!" That's such a good way to make fruits even more yummy.
