If you're one of Kylie Jenner's 43 million Instagram followers, you know two very big things about her account. One is that she has recently started sharing motivational messages with anti-bullying messages and featuring stories of inspiring young people she's met. Another thing, unfortunately, is that she's met with a lot of rude, mean, and bullying messages of her own in her comments section.
In an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, the starlet opened up about both of those topics.
"I started an Instagram campaign called 'I Am More Than.' I’ve been bullied my whole life whether it was about my peers or comments on Instagram or Twitter, whatever," Kylie shared. "And I never talked about my story really."
"I feel like I’ve kind of accepted it because I realized that just comes with the territory," she explained. "I was online and just finding other girls and boys my age who have been bullied and have kind of overcome it and just done something amazing with it who inspire me, so I kind of wanted them to just use my platform and post their stories on Instagram to hopefully inspire my followers too, because they inspire me so much."
We love that she's using her platform to inspire and motivate others.
