James McVey is all about living a clean life, and not only does he like to work on his fitness on the gym, but he loves to make yummy snacks that just so happen to be totally healthy too. He shared a fun video on Instagram where he joined chef Athina Andrelos, who just so happens to be Ed Sheeran's ex-girlfriend, in whipping up some sweet potato wedges with a yogurt and chive dip.

James is beyond adorable in this video and it looks like he had a ton of fun making this dish with Athina. Sweet potatoes are delicious and nutritious and this dip definitely adds a kick to it. We're just going to spend some time in the kitchen trying this recipe out now.
