Some of our favorite Disney Channel shows were with us all throughout our childhood. Others were gone too soon, off the air before they really got a chance to shine. But looking back on some of the most memorable live-action series to hit the network, one thing is certain: it's hard to tell exactly how many episodes any given show really had. While even the most popular, fan-beloved Disney shows don't last for more than four seasons, some series ran for two or three seasons and had different episode counts.
Which is why we're doing the hard part for you and listing out each past Disney show and breaking down exactly how much air and screen time they had – starting with the most!
Wizards of Waverly Place
WOWP is the longest-running Disney Channel series to-date, running 106 episodes from 2007 to 2012. The Wizards movie was released in 2009.
That's So Raven
From 2003 to 2007, That's So Raven spanned 100 episodes. Until WOWP in 2012, Raven held the longest-running Disney Channel show record. The series' highly-anticipated spinoff series will debut on Disney Channel in summer 2017.
Good Luck Charlie
GLC ran four seasons, 100 episodes, and a movie from 2010-2014, yet we still want more. Luckily, a bunch of the cast members are down for a reunion.
Jessie ran 98 episodes on Disney Channel from 2011-2015 before some of the Ross kids went off to summer camp in the spinoff series, BUNK'D.
From 2006 to 2011, Hannah Montana also ran 98 episodes long. Its movie was released in 2009. All these many years later, and we are still obsessed with the series.
Austin & Ally
Between 2011 and 2016, we fell in love with Austin and Ally, over the span of the show's 87 episodes. Even though it got a full four seasons, we were still left wanting more.
Also running 87 episodes long is Disney XD's Kickin' It, which stole our hearts from 2011 to 2015. (We were sad to see Olivia Holt leave the show earlier than its ending, but she exited to do another Disney series, I Didn't Do It.)
The Suite Life of Zack & Cody
The original Suite Life series taking place in the Tipton Hotel had 87 episodes between 2005 and 2008 before it got the Suite Life on Deck spinoff series.
Liv and Maddie
LAM ran for 80 episodes between 2013 and 2017, including the fourth season, which is titled Liv and Maddie Cali Style. Four full seasons, yet the entire cast was as emotional as we were about the ending.
Shake It Up
From 2010 to 2013, Shake It Up had 75 episodes. The show's stars Bella Thorne and Zendaya both did several additional projects with Disney Channel after wrapping.
Girl Meets World
Fans will never be over GMW's untimely end. Between 2014 and 2017, the beloved Boy Meets World spinoff show only got 72 episodes.
The Suite Life on Deck
On Deck featured 71 episodes between 2008 and 2011. Then, The Suite Life Movie aired in 2011. Combined with the 87 original Zack & Cody episodes, that's 158 episodes we have to thank Dylan and Cole Sprouse for.
Life with Derek
70 episodes of the popular Canadian sitcom aired between 2005 and 2009 on the Family Channel and Disney.
Dog with a Blog
Stan blogged for 69 episodes between 2012 and 2015. We don't think this was nearly enough time, but we love that some of the cast felt the show's ending gave fans the closure they wanted.
Pair of Kings
The entire POK cast is totally down for a reunion of their show – which ran 67 episodes long between 2010 and 2013.
Shia LaBeouf's series was on the air from 2000 to 2003, and consisted of 65 episodes. The Even Stevens Movie debuted in 2003 and later hit DVD in 2005.
From 2001 to 2004, Lizzie also got 65 episodes. The Lizzie McGuire Movie was released in 2003. Fun fact: the show's creator also made the current Disney Channel original series, Andi Mack.
From 2011 to 2014, we got 62 episodes of young musical prodigy Chyna Banks. China McClain has worked on several Disney Channel projects since wrapping.
Sonny with a Chance
Between 2009 and 2011, we got 47 episodes of Sonny – and the show's own sketch comedy series, So Random! had an additional season on its own from 2011 to 2012.
Phil of the Future
Between 2004 and 2006, Phil aired 43 episodes. Honestly, this show is so underrated!
I'm in the Band
From 2009 to 2011, this rocking series aired 41 episodes on Disney XD.
I Didn't Do It
Fans are still upset that IDDI was cut short. Between 2014 and 2015, the show only got 39 episodes.
Crash & Bernstein
Crash & Bernstein also only had 39 episodes, airing between 2012 and 2014. Landry Bender moved on to another series, Best Friends Whenever, shortly after.
Gamer's Guide to Pretty Much Everything
We were really hoping Gamer's Guide would be picked up for a third season, but unfortunately it just wasn't in the stars. The Disney XD series aired 37 episodes from 2015 to 2017.
Cory In the House
Disney Channel's first spinoff series, That's So Raven outshoot Cory In the House, aired 34 episodes from 2007 to 2008.
JONAS ran for 21 episodes and its second season JONAS LA ran for an additional 13, totaling 34 episodes of Jo-Bros madness between 2009 and 2010.
Best Friends Whenever
We're definitely not happy that BFW only had two seasons. The show aired 30 episodes between 2015 and 2017, A.K.A not nearly enough.
