Sometimes the foods you've always eaten and loved start making you feel ill – and that's when it's time to visit your doctor or allergist. In a new interview, Kylie Jenner explained that she was feeling sensitive to certain foods, and worked with a nutrition specialist to figure out how to feel better about her meal choices.
"I started going to this nutritionist because I was having a bad reaction to dairy," Kylie told The New York Times. "I feel like it made me gain a lot of weight. I’ve now cut out dairy, and it’s helping me get back in shape."
When you cut a food group out of your diet at the recommendation of a medical professional, you have to subsitute the sources from which you're getting your nutrients. "Every time I get hungry for a snack during the day, I like to have Justin’s Almond Butter packets," she shared of her quick protein source. "It’s easy." That sounds yummy!
