Showing your pride in your country and the military members who make the United States of America what it is shouldn't stop just because the Fourth of July weekend is over. In fact, that's what Colton Haynes' brand new campaign is all about.
Colton is partnering up with DoSomething.org and Johnson & Johnson for a campaign called "Smiles for Soldiers," which launches today and asks young people just like you to create handmade thank you cards for U.S.military service members to show their appreciation.
"The Smiles for Soldiers campaign means a lot to me because my sister served in the Air Force," the actor shared. "It’s so important to show gratitude and appreciation to those who fight for our country."
Now through August 31, 2016, you can visit DoSomething.org/Smile to sign up for the campaign or text SMILE to 38383 and get all the details about how and where to send your cards. If you share photos with your cards (like Colton has!) you can even be entered to win a $5,000 scholarship from DoSomething, and a chance to become a Johnson & Johnson Youth Champion of Care.
