We were so excited to hear rumblings yesterday that real-life sisters Laura Marano and Vanessa Marano would be playing sisters in a movie adaptation of the book Saving Zoë. Well now, the actresses and author of the book, Alyson Noël, have all taken to Twitter to share a few tidbits of info that we need to know about the film!
First, Laura tweeted to officially announce the news, and she could not contain her excitement!
She said that the book has been one of her favorites for some time now and is thrilled to be bringing it to the screen with her sis.

The author then took to her Blogspot to share her thoughts on the whole thing, explaining the Maranos are her "dream cast."
"I'm so excited to have such amazingly talented people attached to this project!" she wrote. "I met the Marano sisters and their mother, Ellen, a few years back when they first expressed interest in Saving Zoe and I can honestly say that not only are these girls beautiful both inside and out, but I can't think of a better pair to portray fictional sisters Echo and Zoe."
Or, as she hilariously tweeted:
