Working out isn't just about gaining muscles or losing weight. If you're like Harry Styles, your fitness routines may even manage to make you taller! If you're like, "wait, what?" you have to hear how the tallest member of One Direction is still managing to grow, even at the age of 22.
A source told the Mirror that Harry credits his pilates routines for making him taller.
"It’s really had a huge impact on his stature and he stands much straighter," the source said. "He seems to stand an inch taller now. He was amazed at the results. If he hadn’t done anything about it, the slouch could have got worse over time but the pilates classes really do seem to be helping."
