Demi Lovato is the queen of fitness motivation, and not because she tells us what we want to hear. The singer always tells it like it is, especially when it's about how to best take care of your body and live your healthiest life possible.
Demi just shared three new Instagram pics and shared her three best workout motivation tips to go along with them, and we're feeling inspired by everything she has to say.
- "Don't train to be skinny, train to [kick butt]," Demi captioned her mid-workout selfie.
- "I try to never workout in makeup because it's not good for your skin," Demi said of her puppy-kissing pic, adding "but it's been a loonnnggg day!!" Hey, nobody's perfect!
- "Regardless of what society tells you these days... You don't have to have a thigh gap to be beautiful. It is possible to love your body the way it is," she said of her body acceptance.
She looks totally amazing in all of her photos, and we love how open she is about her own personal health and fitness journey.
