From strutting her stuff on runways to filming blockbuster movies, Cara Delevingne is one busy girl. Juggling all of her projects can be super stressful but Cara has found a way to maintain a sense of control and happiness with yoga.
“Yoga saved my life, as did meditation. Before I found yoga I didn’t know how to be by myself or how to say no to people. I was very much a people pleaser," she said. "I never actually knew what I wanted in life until I discovered yoga and the importance of taking time for oneself. It really taught me how to connect to myself emotionally and how to love myself.”
That is such a powerful reaction to yoga! The exercise is obviously good for your body and clearly it has had a positive effect on Cara's state of mind and self-confidence too. Keep it up, girl!
