Austin North is all about staying fit and along with exercising regularly, he has a few healthy and totally yummy snack recipes that keep him on track.
"I love eating Greek yogurt, it has a lot of protein in it, so I like putting almonds or coconut in it with honey on top and add some fruit in there, so that's like a little healthy dessert for me," Austin said to TWIST. "I also like oats. I just put oats in a bowl, I add milk to it, and then I put it in the fridge overnight. And in the morning, it's kind of like a breakfast and then I'll add fruit and honey to that too. So those are a couple of my favorite, go-to snacks."
Who would've thought adding some fruit and honey to yogurt and oats could make it that much more delicious? These recipes are super simple to make too so now we'll just be whipping these up for ourselves all thanks to Austin's tips.
