It's pretty much our biggest dream of all time to see sisters Laura Marano and Vanessa Marano make a movie together. And thanks to a clue from their mom Ellen's Instagram account, we have reason to believe it might be really happening! The actress' mom shared a collage of the book cover for Saving Zoë and a pic of her daughters, announcing that they're somehow going to be involved in the process of turning the novel – which is all about sisters – into a film!
"Just announced that Vanessa and Laura have the film rights for Saving Zoe by Best Selling Author, Alyson Noel with Jeffrey R. Hunt set to direct and LeeAnne Adams and Brian J Adams as screenwriters. @AlysonNoel @huntvision #SavingZoeMovie," Ellen captioned her pic.
"So excited to announce that SAVING ZOE has been optioned for film with the amazing Marano sisters- Vanessa & Laura- set to star and Jeffrey G Hunt directing!! Couldn't ask for a better cast!!" the author also announced on her own Instagram.
That is the best news ever! We can't wait to see what becomes of this project.
