It's one of the things we will all experience as a teenage girl. Yes, we're talking about that monthly friend -- your period! We'd love to hear your stories about the first time you got your period: Where were you? Who were you with? What were you feeling -- Scared? Excited? Who did you tell -- your mom? Your friends? Did your family make a big deal out of it? Give us the scoop :)

Hey TWIST girls,

There's pretty much a bully in every grade at school, right? Well, we have to say, bullying is definitely NOT cool. It's become much more common in school recently. And if it wasn't any of us getting bullied, it was a close friend. Even Demi has been willing to speak out about the bullying she went through when she was younger, and it's not the easiest thing to talk about. The behavior of her classmates got so bad she decided to leave school!

Could the hardest part of bullying be having to tell someone what's happening? TWIST is hoping if this has happened to you, that you'll share your stories here. Sharing your experiences can help others in similar situations.

Most of all, we want you to know this is a safe place to talk and share. Tell us:

-Have you ever been bullied?
-How did you deal with it?
-Did it stop once you told someone about it?
-Have you stood up for someone else when they were getting picked on?
-Have you experienced bullying online or just in school?

Hey girls!

In our latest issue Sizzle or Fizzle(on stands now!), Selena opens up to only us about how hard it was to move away from her hometown in Texas and start over in LA! "Making new friends in a new place is really tricky," she tells us.
