Hey TWIST readers,
Are you pumped to go trick-or-treating this weekend? If you still need a costume idea, be sure to check out the latest TWIST - on stands now - for cool costumes you can make with what's already in your closet!
I know you guys are looking forward to getting heaps of candy while trick-or-treating, so I recently chatted with Dr. Graber, the president of the American Association of Orthodontists, for tips on what candy is OK to eat if you have braces. Dr. Graber says it's best to avoid candy that's really sticky or chewy, like caramel or lollipops with gum in the middle. Go for chocolate candy and peanut butter cups instead!
There will be a whole article in the next issue of TWIST that will answer all your Qs about braces, plus stories from celebs' who used to wear 'em. But for more info, go to braces.org
What's your fave Halloween candy?
Have fun this weekend!
Peace, Love and Style,
