Taylor Swift performed her new song, "Ronan," at the 2012 Stand Up To Cancer telethon. The song was inspired by a 4-year-old boy, Ronan Thompson, who passed away due to cancer last year. Taylor decided to dedicate a song to him after reading a blog that Ronan's mother, Maya, had written. Taylor and Maya co-wrote the song including the lyrics, "I remember your bare feet down the hallway... I love you to the moon and back." "Ronan" is currently #1 on iTunes charts and proceeds from the song go to cancer charities. Watch Taylor's performance below!
