Justin Bieber has gotten sick while kicking off his Believe tour. During a performance of "Out of Town Girl" he threw up and really didn't feel well, but Justin is such a good sport. "Will you love me even though I'm throwing up on stage," Justin joked. True Beliebers def will. Feel better Justin!
