All your fave celebs partied last night at the 2011 MTV European Music Awards in Belfast, Ireland! Selena Gomez hosted the entire event and even performed "Hit the Lights!" Stars like Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars also hit the stage and Justin Bieber put everyone in the holiday spirit singing "Mistletoe," along with his hit "Never Say Never". And there's no way Justin walked away from an award show empty handed! The Biebs took home the trophies for "Best Pop" and "Best Male".
