The only ray of light that gets us through the cast of Girl Meets World wrapping filming on a season is that the cast always, without fail, reliably recreates the same adorable group photos and shares them all with us. Our sister site M recently chatted with actress Sabrina Carpenter, and she told us all about how the tradition was born.
"Honestly, I don’t know [how it started]," Sabrina tells us. "I think the first year we finished and we just went outside and we were all like ‘well we need to obviously take a picture,’ and we took it in front of this wall."
"Like we didn't even mean to start anything," she admits. "But then the next year we were like ‘guys, why don’t we do it again?’ because we have the same wall and then the third year too. It’s right outside of our studio so we just take it there every year and yeah it’s cool to see how we’ve all grown."
They have grown up so much, and it's really obvious each time they share another annual group pic.
"I like that we did that. I like that we kept that tradition," she adds, citing that the group decided to keep it up together. "Especially this year, we wanted to include the new cast members that were a part of our show a lot and it’s kind of cool to do that to see how it grows and changes and evolves."
