Michael Clifford opened up to fans last night during his band 5 Seconds of Summer's show, revealing that he has been dealing with mental health issues. Fans captured the guitarist's confession and shared his words on social media, which caused 5SOS fans to start the #WeLoveYouMichael hashtag to share their messages of support.
In the video, we see that while Michael was introducing himself to the crowd, he revealed that during the band's short break from their Rock Out With Your Socks Out Tour, he saw a therapist.

"I was just fixing some problems with my mental health. I just saw a therapist real quick on the mini break we had," he said. "Anyway, I'm going to shut up now. We're going to play another song, is that OK?"
We're glad that Mikey felt so comfortable with everyone at the concert that he shared this very personal information. It's always important to take care of yourself, including your mental health, and it's so courageous of him to reveal this to us.
