When it comes to celebrities giving us major hair inspiration, Laura Marano is at the top of our list. The Austin & Ally actress and "Boombox" singer once again proved that she has some seriously envy-worthy tresses when she attended the 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards earlier this week. The Disney Channel darling took a major fashion risk by adding a particularly daring embellishment to her hairstyle.
Laura's award show ensemble was the epitome of rock and roll, and the credit goes to the long silver chains that were fastened in her hair and cascaded down her bare back. Laura's lived-in, effortless updo had a casual elegance to it, but the way she added the chains truly brought an edginess to the look. The bold accessory was the perfect addition to her zebra-patterned mini dress, as the silver color of the chains brought everything together.
Pretty epic, if you ask us. However, there was one major flaw to the hairstyle – it was impossible to get out. Laura took to Twitter to share her major beauty fail.
"Contrary to popular belief, getting multiple chains out of your hair is not an easy task," she tweeted.
Yikes! That does not sound like an easy fix, and fans seem to agree. Laura's followers pointed out that this whole situation reminds them a lot of Laura's Disney Channel Original Movie Bad Hair Day. We have to hand it to them – very clever!
"Bad Hair Day: The Sequel," one fan tweeted.
"It must've been a bad hair day...ha ha I'm sorry," another follower added.
In all seriousness though, Laura's unbelievably glam look from the other night was worth all the trouble it took to unhook her from those chains. She was an absolute vision in every way possible.
