Kira Kosarin is the latest celeb to team up with DoSomething.org and truth to really make a difference in ending smoking for good! The Thundermans actress joined the site's new "#TakeBackTheShelves" campaign, that's all about getting tobacco products off pharmacy shelves.
"Pharmacies are a trusted source of health information and services. Yet in 2016, over 50,000 pharmacies still sell tobacco -- the number one preventable cause of death in the US, killing more than 1,300 people each day," DoSomething explained in a statement. "There is a reason why they do it. Tobacco companies attract consumers, including young consumers, by displaying their products at point-of-sale, behind checkout counters on eye-level shelves. Tobacco and pharmacies just don’t mix."

So what should young people who want to #TakeBackTheShelves and ask pharmacies to remove tobacco products from behind the checkout counters do? The campaign is encouraging everyone to create a piece of artwork of that shows what you'd rather see at these stores – and sky's the limit!
Kira also filmed a fun PSA video for her project that really explains her campaign.
