Hey girls,
Ke$ha is definitely not afraid of a fashion risk. Whether it's applying tons of glitter or rocking her long feather earring, she loves to try be adventurous with her look. Still, she couldn't help but turn a few heads when she showed up to a recent event with blue lips.
