Literally everyone has been waiting for some concrete Descendants 2 facts and finally fans are getting the answers they've been patiently waiting for. After promises that the movie would be hitting TV screens this summer, the core four villain kids cast along with the director Kenny Ortega took to Instagram to reveal exactly when and how you can watch the upcoming Disney Channel Original Movie. Let's break it down:

For the first time ever, the DCOM isn't just airing on Disney Channel. It will simultaneously air on ABC, Freeform, Disney XD and Lifetime, so you have five different channels to choose from. Check out the announcement video:

Where can you watch the official trailer?
As of right now, we've only been treated to super short teaser trailers but that is all about to end. This Sunday, April 30, during the 2017 Radio Disney Music Awards, the premiere of the movie's opening number "Ways to Be Wicked" along with the full-length trailer will air during the awards show. The cast just recently all sat down together to watch the trailer themselves and based off their reactions, this is for sure going to live up to all the hype. Check it out:
The fact that all four actors freaked out at the exact same moments, the high-fives, the shout-outs to their co-stars Mitchell Hope and China Anne McClain. Sunday needs to hurry up and get here already!
When does the soundtrack come out?
Naturally, the music is another stand-out part of the Descendants experience and as of right now, you can pre-order the soundtrack and you'll automatically get "WTBW" along with three tunes from Descendants: Wicked World. The soundtrack is expected to drop when the movie comes out, on July 21. So you still have a but to go before you hear all the new songs, ;ole the duet between Mal and Evie everyone has been waiting for called "Space Between" and China's take on "Poor Unfortunate Souls." There's so much D2 magic coming very soon. Finally!
