Luckily, the singer has discovered a 2-a-day workout routine that calms her mind and helps her stay fit, regardless of the chaos. Demi shared a selfie she snapped during her latest yoga sesh, and she looks postively radiant in the pic!
"There's something about late night workouts that clear my mind and make me feel so serene after," Demi wrote in her photo's caption. We're so glad she's found such a peaceful way to stay in shape!
