Chloe Lukasiak is one of the most talented dancers around, but that doesn't mean that she's totally immune to any insecurities. In a new interview, the Dance Moms star admitted that she has been bullied for quite some time about what she thought was her "lazy eye."
Not only would her eye make her feel less confident about her appearance, but it turns out that there was something else more medically important happening. Chloe shared that she had silent sinus syndrome, which is a condition that causes the face to become asymmetrical.
"I started noticing it about a year ago or so, but it started getting worse this year," she said. "People started saying things about it, so that was really hard." Making fun of others is never cool, but Chloe's story also proves that others may be going through things you have no idea about.
Chloe had a surgery yesterday to correct the problem, because the condition could have worsened and affect her vision. "It feels good. I feel a lot more secure," she shared.
It looks like she's recovering well too! Chloe shared an Instagram snap from the hospital to thank fans for their get well soon messages.
"Thank you to everyone for their love and well wishes! I 💗 u guys!! And I got my eye patch lol ," she shared along with the photo.
Her boyfriend, Forever In Your Mind's Ricky Garcia, tweeted out a message of support after Chloe shared her story.
