Camila Cabello is always a source of wisdom and inspiration for her fans, but sometimes she shares her meditative words online to actually help herself. In Fifth Harmony's new interview with Billboard, Camila confessed that she really struggled with anxiety over the past year, and has learned to cope with through working out the things that worried her most.
"I was having terrible anxiety, nonstop. My heart would beat really fast the whole day. Two hours after I woke up, I'd need a nap because my body was so hyperactive," she said.
"It was so eff -- sorry, but it was so [messed] up. I was scared of what would happen to me, of the things my brain might tell me. I realized the stuff I thought was important isn't worth my health. Now I write in a diary every day, work out and meditate."
That's so scary, but we're glad she decided to share the things that bothered her most with her fans who will always be there to support her.
