One of our favorite up-and-coming singers and web stars, Johnny Orlando is lending his voice to a whole new project: you'll be able to catch him voicing a role in the new animated family feature film, Bunyan & Babe! The movie will be debuting on Thursday, January 12 exclusively on Google Play prior to its theatrical release in February – and TWIST has your exclusive first look at a clip from the film, which has a star-studded cast featuring John Goodman, Kelsey Grammer, Jeff Foxworthy, and Mark Hamill.
In Bunyan & Babe, "Travis (played by Johnny) and his sister Whitney visit their grandparents for the summer and stumble upon the evil plan of a greedy real estate developer (Grammer) to steal the land of the town's longtime residents," according to a movie description. "While running from one of the developer's goons, Travis falls through a magical portal which transports him to the world of American hero, Paul Bunyan (Goodman) & his pet ox, Babe (Foxworthy)."
"Bunyan and Babe get wrapped up in a brand new adventure, and with the help of their new friends Travis and Whitney, they save the town. Together they learn firsthand that you don't have to be big to do big things."
In this preview video, you'll see the moment Travis meets Paul Bunyan, whose humor comes off as more terrifying than funny, for the very first time. Trust us, it's a ton of fun.
