Hey TWIST girls!

Last week, we were blown away when we saw this YouTube video of 12-year-old Greyson Chance singing Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi" at his school's talent show. Can you believe his vid already has more than 16 million views?! And, in even bigger news, he's already signed a record deal!

YouTube is one of the fastest ways for talented people to get the attention of record execs -- just look at Justin Bieber! And the comparisons to J-Biebs don't just end there. Besides being insanely talented, both guys have similar haircuts!
