Justin Bieber was just kissed by a fan in London, England! OMG! She only got him on the cheek but from the look on Justin's face he felt a little uncomfortable. Justin still enjoys the love he gets from his fans though. He tweeted, "I love pandemonium! I love my fans! I love my Beliebers!"
