Selena Gomez is sporting a new look! The fashionista's started rocking huge hoop earrings, a bandana, tattoo and low-riding jeans---she's creating an alter ego for the EMAs, which she's hosting on November 6th. She spilled, "To be able to create this look is really fun. I've never had this much creative control over something like this ...
