As TWIST reported, Lady Gaga and her BF Luc Carl broke up back in May and after a summer of living the single life, Mama Monster seems to have found a new man! Lady Gaga has reportedly been hanging out with Vampire Diaries star Taylor Kinney. Taylor starred in Lady Gaga's music video "You and I", which is how they met.
