T: Hey Stacy! Thanks for speaking with us today. Can you tell us a little bit about your music?
S: My music is basically just honest lyrics about life, friendship and relationships. I write it because it makes me feel good and I hope it makes others feel good too.

T: Where do you get the inspiration for your songs?
S: Pretty much life. I live in California, there are a lot of people out there to write about, people that get you down or make you happy, the good times, the bad times and a lot of in between, a lot of it's personal. Writing is like a therapy for me. I just do it naturally, like you brush your teeth, I just write. I definitely do this for myself, but it's amazing that other people can enjoy and relate to it also, that's one of the most rewarding things.

T: Your song "Hide" seems like one of those songs about a life long friendship that went sour, have you ever been in a situation like that?
S: Of course, friends are the people who you let into your life besides your family and when they hurt you, it hurts the most. There have definitely been friends that I've had for a long time but they just break your heart over the way they treat you, or they try to start drama or things like that. It's so unnecessary but you just have to cut those people out of your life and it hurts, its almost more painful than breaking up with a boyfriend because you may have only dated a guy for a couple months or maybe a year and that's nothing compared to lifelong friends you've had.

T: Where'd you get the title "Connect the Dots" for your album?
S: Well I like fun meanings. I was thinking about what would work, and right now I'm kind of in that stage of starting out and figuring out how to get from point A to point B, its literally like connecting the dots and seeing the journey in between so I thought that'd be a fun name for it. My last album was called Apples to Oranges, cause I'm from New York and now I'm living in Orange County, CA, so I thought that was a fun title

T: Tell us a little about your style.
S: I'm a shopaholic. I shop everywhere from like H&M to Forever 21 and then I try to pair it with things in boutiques or vintage stores, so this way, you don't have the exact same thing as everyone else has, you can pair it with something unique. I love shoes, those are like my favorite. They're like the best accessory. I love Aldo, Steve Madden, Betsey Johnson, and all that stuff. Forever 21 and H&M are great because they have a ton of clothing and great prices. Like why spend $100 on something if you can go to Forever 21 and get it for $20. You can pair it up with something a little nicer, like an expensive belt.

T: Any go-to fashion items?
S: I love jewelry; everything from bangles to necklaces can really make an outfit. Like you can have a pair of jeans and white tank top but if you pair it with different chain necklaces and whatever you want to accessorize it with its like a new outfit, so like accessories, I love headbands and bows, you can put your hair in a bow and clip it and it looks cute 'cause of the bow even if you're hair is messy. I also have these amazing silk shorts, they're so comfy. And everybody needs a white tank top!

T: Any celeb crushes?
S: I'm obsessed with Twilight and Rob Pattinson is a babe. I like a lot of different people but I think he's my favorite.

T: What's the craziest thing a guy has ever done for you?
S: A scavenger hunt. He set up one all over town and put flowers at every location. It was just to ask me out on the date, then we went out to dinner. It ended after that, but it was really cool and very thoughtful and fun.

TWIST: Thanks so much Stacy!
STACY: Thanks TWIST!!
