The countdown is over - the finale season of Hannah Montana starts tonight! Can you believe it? This season, Miley will finally decide between keeping up her double-life or putting her Hannah days behind her. We're def going to meet new characters in this season too! Can't wait to hear the new music that comes along with the season!
