Ashley Tisdale i love the romper. She paired the shoes with the dress perfectly. Also she didn't add to much jewelry. My second fav is Jessica Lowndes but i don't like her shoes with the dress.

Kherington Payne was the best dressed. I also liked Naturi's. But Kherington's was the cutest. I didn't like Jessica's, it was too boring.

Kherington's outfit has way to much going on from the low cut all the way to the shoes, if she paired it with a more basic heal maybe with a bit of print or color, it would of been a nice outfit.. but Jessicas outfit is really great on her, not to revealing and very beautiful for her figure. Love the Black and Grey with that little bit of sparkle.. it reveals the right amout of skin without showing to much.
