We've got a Twi-licious treat for you today! Twilight hunk Kellan Lutz, who plays Emmett Cullen, demonstrated for fans how he stays in vampire-perfect shape: push-ups!
When a fan asked how many days he has to work out to maintain his "amazingly hot body," Kellan blushed (aww!) and spilled that he goes to the gym about three times a week! His fave exercises? He loves push-ups and swimming! After some encouraging screams from the crowd at Creation's Twi-tour in Atlanta, Georgia, Kellan dropped to the ground and showed off his intense push-up routine! It includes one-legged and one-handed push-ups, plus push-ups with claps in between each rep. He didn't even break a sweat!
Unfortch, the one request he didn't fulfill was taking his shirt off... but hey, we can still see his bulging biceps through his tight black tee!
