Fizzle. And I'm only saying this because Joe is DEFINATLEY in love with music and I think a PERFECT match for him would be somebody who feels the same way. That way he can share the same passion for music with that person and write songs together. I understand what he went through and him hanging out with Brenda is a good idea. :] Brenda is one of my few female role models. I can look past her character in Suite Life and know what kind of person she is. She's very mature but still very loving and a fun person to be around and that's something Joe needs. So couple? No. Friends? DEFINATLEY yes. :] But if something does spark between the two, they got my support. ;]
