Hey fashionistas!

You heard from TWIST that Miley Cyrus and designer Max Azria were creating a fashion line together. The goods are now available at Walmart, online and in stores, and everything's under $20!

So what's the deal with Miley & Max? Expect to find tie-dye tees, bright skinny jeans, ruffled blouses, funky prints and lots of vests. Miley's clothes are "very rocker" as promised, but we like that she also added sweet details like ruffles and soft fabrics.

The best part of Miley's collection is that it's easy to mix and match. TWIST's fave outfit? A black frilly top ($12) with red skinnies ($20) and a cropped grey vest ($12) - girly with an edge!
