Looking for more Twilight reading? Well, Twilight is coming to a comic book store near you! Author Stephenie Meyer is heavily involved in turning her novels into comic books with the help of artist Young Kim.
And the illustrations are supposed to look more like Bella and Edward as described in the books versus drawings of Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson. Do you think that's a good decision, girls?

Yes, I think it would be a GREAT idea to make the Twilight books into a comic book. :] (Note to girls: comic books aren't just for boys to read. FORGET the stereotype. Comic books are just magazines with images and sequencial writing.) Which is why I think Stephanie Meyer should have the illustrations look like what she described in the book. This way Twilight fans can see what characters, like Bella and Edward, REALLY should've looked like. Stephanie Meyer did dream about the character Edward before she created the saga. Aren't you a little bit curious of what the images in her dream looked like?

I think if Stephenie Meyer wants to do it than it is okay. I have read every book a hundred times. So from that there is one thing I don't understand how they would turn it into a movie. That is just my opinion. So when you people think about this stuff think just how good the books are and think what would happen if the comic books don't meet up to your expectations. It would hurt the Twilight fan base. But every one has there own opinion. But I think if it isn't going to meet up to the expectations of the fans but more IMPORTANTLY Stephenie Meyer than I think it shouldn't be done. But if it does then it should be done. Comic books are for everyone also so it doesn't matter if your a boy or girl. There are boy Twilight fans and girls. This is what I think even if other people don't.
I'm not a huge fan of Twilight. I like a little bit. :/ No I probably wouldn't read the comics. It doesn't seem very interesting. Only the movies are a little bit interesting. I don't hate it but I don't love it either. WERE NOT HATERS!

Well, It might or might not be a good idea some people would be into it while other wont be. Its up to the person, and if they are that into Twilight then a Comic might make even more interesting and make Edward and Bella look as others View them. I think its a good Idea. I would read it and it would be good for the people that havent read the books but saw the movie, or for younger people or even for people with limited time on their hands. So if Stephanie Myers thinks its a good idea then she should go for it and I dont think it will hurt the Twilight Franchies at all.

This is a great idea, not only does it give the Twilight fans more to read, it let's us see how the characters looked like in Stephanie Meyer's mind. It is very sexist to say girls can't and don't read comics. I read the Fantastic Four and Spiderman comics and i'm a girl. Comments like that have been holding women back for centuries!!!
