OMG! One TWIST reader has a mortifying locker smackdown!
When I moved in December I was really sad to leave my town, school and my four BFFs! We had to move because my Dad got a new job. On my first day at my new school I was so nervous, but I tried to be cool and relaxed. As I was walking to my first class, I noticed a really cute boy across the hall, and to my surprise he smiled at me! My heart almost melted! I tried to act cool while I smiled back but of course while I was looking at him I didn't see the metal locker door that was wide open right in front of me ... I smacked right into it and my papers and books flew everywhere! It was so embarrassing, the whole hallway started cracking up and let's just say from now on I'm going to look before I walk! ok well so i go to a school in a little bitty town, so naturally everybody knows everybody. In the middle of the school year, a new family came to our small little town and everyone was dying to meet them. It just so happened that they had to kids, a 17 year old girl and a 13 yr old boy, my age!! To top it off, he lived in my neighborhood! His name was Adrian, and when he came to our middle school for the first time, all the girls were all over him! Well, my parents, wanting to know the new people, got my younger brother and I to go with them and meet them. Our parents became good friends and made plans for all of us to have dinner the next night together! The next night, we were sitting by eachother and really hitting it off. I could tell he was starting to like me so i started to flirt. Well, it just so happened to be my "time of the month" and i had some extra tampons in my purse. I thought I needed to change it, so as I was excusing myself, my little brother Jeremey grabbed onto my purse and 3 tampons fell out on the table; right in front of Adrian! It was so humiliating. The next Monday at school, he avoided me and hardley talked to me since!
