Hey TWIST girls,
Personally, my fave part of Saturday night's KCA's was Miley's acceptance speech for Fave Female Singer (you can watch it at the 2:50 mark of the vid above!). She was so touched by all of YOU who voted, and the sweetest tears welled up in her eyes during her speech! But since some peeps accused Miley of being fake and crying just to get attention, MTV News got Miley to set the record straight on why she was moved to tears.

MILEY SPILLS:

"I was a little embarrassed. But then again, I shouldn't be! It meant something to me. Because it's from the kids, and the kids are more important than anything else in the world. So it made me happy. Honestly, I didn't think I was going to win it. It just made my day that I did. It means a lot to me."

To the haters who think her reaction was over the top: "Embarrassing? No, I'm not embarrassed. I probably would be, but I couldn't help it. I was just really excited."
