It really should not matter but some girls(LIKE ME) Get really affended when you friends says don't date him and keeps complaining then when and as soon as you brake up she starts saying i really like hem, even though she cam obveosly see your still hung up on him. CHAPTER ONE:

It all started on the day I moved to this creepy little town called Rotney’s Ville in the middle of NO WHERE!
Uncle Fred was making me go to a new High school though I was perfectly content with my crowded little, strangely converting, and all girls’ charter school, home in California.
He’s also making me join cheerleading! I can’t believe after 13yrs. of caring for me he still doesn’t understand how much I HATE cheerleading… And do you know what’s even worse? I’m the only kid he’s making move to this stupid town! The rest got to stay at home with Aunt Martha! Despicable! But hey what can I complain about? Nothing. That’s what. Well anyway you’re probably not interested in my random complaining so we better catch up on the story…
I was sitting peacefully on the hammock right beside my little cabin when suddenly a gush of air hit me like a tornado but it was just some cars driving past, which isn’t that common in a little town like this one. So I wasn’t surprised that they didn’t stop. But my uncle was. Because we were supposed to be having a yard sale but not one costumer came. “Amy!” It was Uncle Frank, Of course.
“What?” I yelled back unaware of his presence beside me.
“You’re late!” His voice startled me.
“When did you… and how did you… Oh never mind.” I stood up carefully, so I wouldn’t step on any of the ‘Stuff’ or as I would call it JUNK that we were selling. I started walking to the little and old log cabin eventually making it to the front door.
I stepped inside; it was cold, FREEZING COLD!
“Uncle Fred!” The door creaked open…
“Yes Amy pie?” Wow I thought to my self long time since I heard that one
“When did it get so cold in here?” the chills ran down my back, he reacted the same way.
“I… d d d don’t know…” he looked at the heating dial “it says 73 like all always!” I doubted that as soon as the words came out of his mouth. All of a sudden the lights flickered off.
“Amy are you there sweetie?” That was a stupid question
“Yup.” At that moment the lights were back.
“What was all that? I did pay the electric bills didn’t I?”
“Yeah you did.” I walked quickly up the tattered old stairs. I reached my room soon after. My eyes darted toward the clock, 7:23. I was out of time.
I trotted to my dresser and picked out a shirt that said, ’Behold… I am here!’
And a cute pair of jeans. I threw them on and bolted out the door.
At the bus stop I noticed about 12 people, small neighborhood. And as soon as I stepped foot on the concrete their eyes were all on me,” WHAT!” I asked appalled by their behavior. Just then a girl about my height and age appeared by my side, her eye’s were full of question and wonder,” Are you her?”
“Um I think so…” I was confused,” Hi, I’m Amy Gardner” I held out my hand to greet her she refused. GOSH talk about future she devil! She finally shook my hand,” Hi. I’m Castrey Vonlude, and about like 3 seconds ago… I’m careful, VERY careful!” She leaned in closer and whispered,” I have seen things… the human’s eye can not comprehend!!!” I watched as her body stiffened, I watched nervously, when out of the corner of my eye I saw yet another girl approach me she tapped on my shoulder and carefully whispered, ”As you already know that’s Castrey and I’m hane. Ummm… Hane Westrie.”
Wow does everyone in this town have a WEIRD name? ,”Well, it was pleaser meeting you but I really shall be leaving. Ta-ta.” Did I just say that?! Stupid, STUPID! Well… I walked over to the line and waited anxiously…
I turned my head to the sound if a roaring engine. It was here FINALY!!!
My eyes beheld a sight so beautiful: The school bus! But when I looked toward the window the bus driver was definitely not what I suspected, she was a small old lady with reddish hair and a crimson shirt. Everyone boarded the bus, and then it was my turn I stepped onto the transportation vehicle it smelt of perfume and meatloaf. Eww… what is that HORRIBLE smell? I kept walking and while doing that I scanned the bus for an empty seat the only seat I found was by that girl what was her name hmmmmmm… was it Amanda… No, Castrey Ah ha! YES! ,”Hey Castrey can I sit with you?” everyone looked at me, I suddenly heard a small voice from the back,” YOU want to sit with Castrey Vonlude?! HA!” Castrey looked at me doubtfully, most likely expecting me to keep walking, I sat down, Her body stiffened she turned her head toward the window as I was expecting her to,” Hello” She looked at me for a long moment before she answered,
”Hi, thanks for sitting next to me, I was getting pretty used to sitting alone.”
“Anytime, hey, uh, do YOU want to be MY friend?”
“Uh… really?” Her tone was alert as if I had caught her off guard. This by the way happens a lot with me.
“Yes I’m sure. 100%” I smiled then out of pure joy she smiled too.
The bus came to a screeching stop, flinging most of us forward and into the seat in front. I watched the other students exit the bus, finally it was our turn, Castrey stopped me then went in front,” Hey!” she looked at me,
” Trust me.”


Chapter 2:
She gracefully exited, and there standing in her way was a kid twice my size (and most likely twice my age too.),”Genia.” The monster looked down,
” Castrey… you know why I’m here…pay up” she held out her hand motioning for whatever money she was waiting for. Castrey handed the Genia girl eighty bucks,” Holy cow! Castrey you’re rich?! Why didn’t you tell me? Is it because we just met…”
Castrey looked at me,” I’m not rich! I just have a lot of money.”
“That means you’re rich!” Genia looked at me then at her.
“I don’t care whose rich!” she stormed off. Castrey did the same,
“WHAT????! Gosh.”
I met up with Castrey at lunch; she was sitting alone at the lunch table by the trash can,” Hey.” She didn’t look up, I guess she’s eating? ,”Hello?!”
“What do you want?”
“Huh??”
“I don’t want you to ruin your entire 7th grade year, just so I don’t feel bad… what you did on the bus was nice but, I do NOT want you to feel bad for me!!”
“I don’t sit with you because I feel BAD for you, I sit with you because you pretty cool…”
“Thanks, you’re not that bad yourself”
“Thanks… hey, uh, remember at the bus stop when you said ‘I’ve seen things that the human’s eye can’t comprehend…’” suddenly she looked interested
“Yeah…” she put her half eaten burger down.
“Well you see… this morning at my, um, house I walked inside and it was freezing cold and the, uh, thingamajig that, uhh, controls the temperature said it was 73 degrees like, um, always.” Her small greenish eyes grew HUGE…
“OH MY GOSH THEY ARE BACK!”
“Who’s back?”
“But why now? And why at…”
“WHO IS BACK!!!!” everyone’s eyes turned in my direction to loud… Way to loud! Castrey looked at me then tensely said,” Uh… I’m probably going to sound crazy for a second… but when I first moved here… I was unpacking my clothes and this shadow came up from behind me… and, uh, tried to kill me but uh I don’t know how but I DEFEATED IT!!!”
She’s crazy… totally crazy!
“Oh my gosh you think I’m insane!”
“No, no, no! I just think your story is a little questionable that’s all.”
“Yeah right! You think I’m a lunatic.” She stood up and about walked away,” are you coming?”
“OH” I stood up then looked at the clock I’m late NO!
”Yup.”
We entered science, every seat was taken except for the two in the back,” of course” that was Castrey NOT ME!
“Excuse me.” The teacher taped my shoulder, I turned to face him,” I don’t believe we’ve met.”
“OH right.” I stuck out my hand,” I’m Amy Gardner, transfer from Gardens Charter School.” “Well it’s great to have you at our school!” He gratefully shook my waiting hand.
The teacher was a taller, aged man his hair was slightly brown but… mostly gray and as soon as he wrote his name on the board I completely remembered Mr. Farstim hmmm I recognize him from some where uhh OH YES George Farstim my neighbor from Cradle rock down in Arkansas!
For the next hour we talked about stuff I don’t even remember! I stood up and RAN toward the door I CAN NOT BE LATE UNCLE IS EXPECTING ME HOME ANY MINUTE!!

Chapter 3:
I grabbed my stuff from my small cramped locker and bolted out the school doors
When I made it to the bus it was already full to the point were I was STUCK sitting with these 3 huge beasts or FOOTBALL players as they call them here
Oh if you’re wondering why Castrey isn’t here is because she has extra curricular activities after school. Well any way back to my story, the bus stopped and like this morning it was a pretty powerful stop… we all stood up and exited
“Ouch!” I bumped into someone, “HEY WATCH WERE YOU’RE GOING Kay dude seriously I’ve already got to many problems like being new, moving, transferring…” He interrupted and held his hand out,
“Hi I’m Justin.” I shook his hand trying to be polite,” and you are?”
“Um, Amy Gardner uh hi I just moved here its great to know someone besides Castrey…” He interrupted AGAIN!
He laughed a little then said,” Castrey Vonlude? As in freak girl…” MY TURN TO INTERRUPTE!
”SHE IS NOT A FREAK! She has seen things the world has never heard of!” A low growl came from his chest.
Justin was a CUTE boy he looked my age and he was a tiny bit taller he was thin and his hair was sort of shaggy; it was an auburn color. A heard a voice coming from beside me when I realized it was Justin don’t freak out just smile and nod oh and act like you know what’s going on! ,”So what do you think…” he asked I have no idea what’s happening what did he say? Oh just say sure,
”Why not.” He looked very proud of himself
“Pick you up at eight then, remember Friday!” OMG I have a date with Justin eeeeeek what am I going to wear?!!! I headed home completely shocked that I Amy Gardner could have a date with JUSTIN!!!!!
When I arrived at my house Uncle Fred was nowhere to be found just then something taped my shoulder,
” AHHHHHHHH! You scared me!! Don’t do that ever again Castrey!” She looked confused
“What? How did taping your shoulder scare you?”
“I was just startled. Kay???” she nodded
“So Amy I have some interesting stuff to show you.”
Surprisingly she had a laptop with her! We walked into my house and up to my room. “This is your room?” my room was average sized and the walls were light green with lovely pink and white flowers all over there was no carpet but there was wood flooring it marvelously shined in the beams of light coming through my white wooden curtains covering my one amazing window, there was a little rug in the middle of the floor it was green to match the walls the walls of my room also had my fav celebs like Castin Howers, Fargo Devin, and many, MANY more! My terrific bedroom smelt of ‘Lavender Wisps’ a sent coming from the candle on my white side table next to bed which had a white bed post, a light green sheet with a pink confuter on top, my pillows matched my sheet except one it was pink and it was like my blanket.
“Yeah this is my room.” She looked at me confusingly.
“You just never struck me as a girly girl you looked more like a tomboy.” I rolled my eyes,” sorry, Amy.”
I smiled then said, “Let’s get started then.” She set the laptop on my side table and bent the screen all the way back until the back of the computer was touching my side table completely.” Uh, doesn’t that ruin your computer?”
“No MY computer was made for this.” Sure a computer made for breaking? What does she think I’m stupid, ” Yes.” UH! She can read minds too,” No I can’t!” I looked at her but she wasn’t looking at me.
“Castrey that was RUDE!” she looked away from her PC and up at me.
“Huh, what did I say?” Oops, not good.
“Nothing, just turn on what you were going to show me.” She pressed play on the ad she was recently listing to and suddenly a holographic image flew out of the screen. ”Whoa.” She smiled and nodded. I think she wanted me to say that. Just then the holographic image became a light fog looking thing, “What is THAT!?”
She then paused the ever forming computer graphic and said,” that is the shadow that attacked your house and me.” Okay this is starting to freak me out! Make it stop make it stop! Castrey’s hand was waving in front of my face,” HELLO EARTH TO AMY!” I gasped unknowingly, causing her to go on with her story about how the shadows are known for killing newbie’s in the town, like me WAIT DID SHE SAY KILLING?! Oh no OH PLEASE NO! I managed to choke up a THE word “killing?” her smile faded, she nodded. Gulp. That isn’t good! In fact it’s Horrible!” AMY” She waked my arm OW!!!!! That really hurt. “Huh!” I answered in after shock,” What… w…w…w… what do you want!” she pointed at the screen,” Oh yeah sorry I zoned out!” She proceeded showing me a slide show that looked a lot like a big black haze and a few people almost hidden in the haze coming after a girl OMG THAT’S ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
“Amy, are you okay?”
“Oh Yeah I’m fine it’s just that sort of looks like ME!”
“Yeah it’s supposed to! I did awesome on the animation huh!”
“A little too good! Actually.”
“Oh, Sorry Amy.” I smiled… suddenly a rock hit my window, I looked out and Justin was standing outside looking up,” who’s that Amy?”
“Justin MY date for this Friday! Exciting right?” Her face was Expressionless almost TOO expressionless,” Castrey?” She stood up and pulled me up by the collar of my shirt.
“Justin from OUR school?” I nodded,” DO NOT GO OUT WITH HIM!!!!”
“Why.”
“I don’t trust him he’s always seemed like he was HIDING something!’
“What kind of something?”
“A BAD something! Like a secret! And he’s always hated me!”
“Oh… but can I still date him?”
“Fine but after a MONTH you have to choose between HIM and ME!”
“Pressure dude PRESSURE!” another rock pelted my window, “Bye Castrey thanks for the heads up!” I ran downstairs and out the door,” Hi Justin what are you doing here?”
“Waiting for you” I giggled a tiny bit
“Really, for ME?”
“Uh huh.” I smiled and so did he, Picture perfect moment! He SMILED! When I DID! OMG!!!!

Chapter 4
“Okay so I was wondering… uh well I can’t wait for Friday so I was wondering if you just wanted to go on a date right now.”
“Huh uh umm” I looked down WHAT AM I WEARING UH THAT AINT GONNA WORK, “I’ll be right back…” He nodded
I ran inside and BOLTED up the stairs… weirdly enough when I opened up my door Castrey was holding up a blue sparkly dress with totally HOT black strappy heels
“Hey Amy will this work?”
“Well luh duh!” she smiled her Castrey smile showing her purely white teeth that only had one thing covering them her braces! (You didn’t know she had braces did you? MWAHAHA I forgot to tell you SORRY)
“Good ‘cause he looks nice and you…” she looked at my outfit and her smile faded, ”Uh not so much.”
“Well thanks for your support friend!” We both smiled then started laughing I (laugh) don’t (laugh) know (giggles) what’s so funny! (ROTRL rolling on the floor laughing… not literally)
She handed me the dress and heels then stopped me,” Amy can I show you something?”
“Is it another freaky holographic thing that looks like me?”
“No!” She protested in a worried tone…I think this is series not a joking matter?
“What then?” she shouldn’t have to hide something from me!
“This…” She held up her hand, “put the dress in front of your body and the shoes in front of feet… Kay!?” the last part of that was a lot happier then the rest I wonder what she’s gonna do, was she going to make them disappear?” AMY DO IT.”
She totally startled me in the middle of zoning off NOT COOL!
“Oh, oh right!” I did her request,” Okay whatcha gonna do?”
She laughed her Castrey laugh! Which is when she starts laughing at her regular tone then the last ones are higher! It’s a pretty cool laugh! Her hand was still in the air, amazingly still then the lights went out and it was FREEZING again!
“Castrey are you doing this?” the whole house started to shake her eyes turned completely white! And she lifted up in the air, and then disappeared…“CASTREY!” colors flashed around me and my lamps, books and other stuff began to fall and shift to different places in the room!
I ran out of the room praying I’d see daylight again SOON!
I made it down the stairs only falling eleven times! I bolted out of our front door and ran right into Justin.
“Oh good…” I looked up at him and his eyes were BLOOD red…” JUSTIN! SNAP OUT OF IT!” his eyes flashed back to normal he then growled a little bit.
“Is she gone?” He asked in a low angry voice.
“Who?” I asked worried, he looked at me and smiled showing his SHARP TEETH! I gulped, “Castrey?”
He nodded… his teeth went back to normal and his eyes turned white like Castrey’s and he collapsed,” Oh my gosh!” I knelt over him on the ground, “Justin?” his eyes opened in a flash he was breathing VERY heavily.
“Amy… what uh what happened?” his tone worried me A LOT!
