OMG -- today's been crazy! Taylor was just on the Ryan Seacrest radio show and she spilled ALL about her breakup with Joe! Here are the juicy highlights:

-- When Ryan asked Tay if she and Joe were ever dating, she says, "Yea, we were."
-- Taylor's already written about the breakup. She says, "I've written about it. It's tough and it's been tough. You just have to realize that one day you'll find someone that's right for you."
-- When Ryan asked Taylor about her dream guy, she says "If they're not allowed to go out in public with me, that's sort of an issue. That's not something that I look for in a guy now."
-- Tay says she doesn't want to date anyone else right now because it "wouldn't be fair" to them because she doesn't want to try to find someone just to "fill the void." Aww!
