Even after their breakup, Miley and Nick still have tons in common -- they both got dogs for their 16th b-days! When asked about her fave present from her 16th b-day bash in Disneyland, Miley spilled, "My dog that I just got named Sophie. I'm so excited!" Miley's pup is a malti-poo (just like Ashley Tisdale's!), and it was a gift from her 'rents.
TWIST was first to report on Nick's b-day wish for a puppy -- and we know he's lovin' taking care of his new golden retriever, Elvis!
